What We Do

Product Strategy & Design For Regulated Industries

Polliwog serves early and growth-stage B2B software companies in regulated or high-consequence markets — HR compliance, employer of record, fintech, health and recovery.

We understand the need for discipline in a regulated market — the wrong assumption is expensive when you build on it, and expensive again when you have to unwind it.

We approach every opportunity with the curiosity of a novice and the experience of seasoned professionals.

Find the Market

Where every engagement starts, and often where it ends — some companies leave with a roadmap and go build it themselves.

Who We Are

Experience Matters.

Polliwog is led by Everett Hagan, a product and experience executive with twenty years across Bloomberg Government, SS&C's Black Diamond Wealth platform, and Isobar — where the clients were Fidelity, TD Bank, and adidas.

He co-founded SS&C's internal venture accelerator, took six initiatives from concept to market, and trained eight cohorts of first-time founders inside the business. Polliwog does the same work, without the org chart.

We bring in specialists — research, content, engineering — when a project needs them. You always work with the person who sold you the engagement.

Track Record

Early-stage work, backed by enterprise depth.

We've done this for startups finding their footing — and inside a $3B software company, where the method was built.
